Our water reclaim and treatment system.
In the early 1990's we realized a new movement in the Bay Area towards protecting the environment through storm water run off. What has transpired from those years was a plan that we agree to obide by through an organization called BASMAA who helped write the rules (Best Management Practices) for storm water protection.
For a property manager, this means that we will not pollute your property with unwanted run off. For example, when we clean a trash enclosure area, the run off is diverted away from the storm drain, which probably flows to a nearby creek. We will either haul that water back to our shop and process it through our permitted reclaim unit, or divert it to landscaping there on-site. Power Washing Services took place in those early meetings between the City of San Jose, BASMAA, RWQCB and a host of businesses related to the pressure washing industry. Together we established a working document or "Best Management Practices", for the pressure washing industry.
